AFRICAN TRIP - BOTSWANA

In November 2007, I was lucky enough to spend some time with friends on a Wildlife Safari in Botswana . We camped in a variety of locations, including the famous, beautiful Okavango Delta. It was a fantastic trip, vastly exceeding my high expectations.

We saw many animals, including : Elephant, Lions, Buffalo, Hippo, Hyena, Wildebeest, Monkeys, Giraffes, Zebra, Antelope, Warthogs, Cheetah, and Leopard.
Also a great variety of Birds, such as, Ostrich, Ground Hornbills, Storks, Marabou, Eagles, Falcons and many, many others.

It was a great experience, and has given me lots of material and ideas for new sculptures, which I shall be making this year.
